Exhibiting at SATELLITE 2026

Next week, I.S.T brings space-proven innovation directly to the global space community at SATELLITE 2026 in Washington, D.C. At our booth, experience TORMED® firsthand—the transparent polyimide film that has successfully survived over a year of extreme on-orbit testing aboard the ISS and is now officially adopted for commercial satellites. We are ready to present game-changing solutions engineered to accelerate your most ambitious projects. To mark this event, we have launched a new dedicated platform revealing how TORMED® shatters the boundaries of spacecraft design. Exhibiting at JEC WORLD 2026

With just a few days left until JEC World 2026 kicks off in Paris, we are thrilled to connect with composite experts and engineers from all industries.
As an advanced materials company, I.S.T is proud to present IMIDETEX® Composite—a solution that breaks through the limitations of existing materials. Our main theme is: ENGINEERED FOR THE IMPOSSIBLE. This year, our primary focus is Negative-CTE (Negative Coefficient of Thermal Expansion). However, this property is not just about guaranteeing dimensional stability in extreme environments like space. For engineers, the greatest advantage of Negative-CTE is that by integrating it with existing reinforcing fibers, it empowers you to envision and create entirely new, unprecedented composite designs that were once thought impossible.
We are not here simply to sell finished composite products; our mission is to provide the "advanced materials" that support your innovative product development. (Though, of course, we can supply it in composite forms upon request.)
Building on the strong interest in our "Excellent Vibration Damping" at last year's show, come see how the addition of Negative-CTE will redefine the common sense of composite design. Please bring your technical challenges and your "What if we could build this?" ideas to our booth in Hall 6. We have the materials ready to spark your imagination.
In conjunction with the exhibition, we have also launched our new IMIDETEX® Composite landing page. Discover the advanced capabilities we can offer.

IMIDETEX® Composite Earns High Recognition for Vibration Damping

Among the many notable properties of the IMIDETEX® composite, I.S.T’s booth at JEC World 2025 focused on its vibration damping performance—drawing significant attention from industry professionals. I.S.T‘s material offers exceptional vibration attenuation, enhancing structural stability, and is being recognized as truly inovative. Interest came particularly from two groups of attendees:

Exhibition Report: JEC WORLD 2025

First, from engineers and developers currently tackling vibration-related challenges in their products or research. Vibrations in sporting goods can pose significant physical and auditory risks to the human body. IMIDETEX® is seen as a promising solution in such applications.

Second, from engineers excited by the discovery of a new material. Professionals from high-performance vehicles and sporting goods listened intently at the booth and asked detailed technical questions. Many remarked, “We never imagined such a material existed,” and enthusiastically added, “I’ll think about how to integrate IMIDETEX® into my project and follow up.”

Future Deployment of IMIDETEX® Composite: Driving Innovation in Composites

IMIDETEX® enhances conventional carbon and glass fiber composites by retaining their benefits while significantly improving vibration damping, impact resistance, and reducing overall weight. Following the strong interest in vibration-focused solutions at JEC, I.S.T plans to expand IMIDETEX® into various industries, including aerospace, automotive, civil engineering, telecommunications, and high-performance sports equipment.
